Judging Critique – Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show, May 2012

It’s been a very long time since I travelled around the show circuit with my own dogs, around twenty years I think it is now – but one event that I really used to look forward to was the Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show.

Judging the Bull Terriers in 2012 was Barbara Shaw of the very successful Penbray kennel, and while the entry on the day was quite low in keeping with recent times, it certainly wasn’t low in terms of quality – a point made by Barbara herself in her judging critique.

That critique is the latest to be added to this site and is therefore available for immediate download. So if you’d like to read more of Barbara’s thoughts – and for my money she is one of the better judges and critique writers out there – then follow the instructions below to get hold of your very own copy.

Simply right-click on the download link below, select ‘Save Target As’ or ‘Save Link As’ from the pop out menu, specify a location where you’d like to download the PDF file to, – and then click the ‘Save’ button. All being well you should have the file in a matter of seconds…

Please pass the file on to others if you see fit, other breed enthusiasts or maybe those you know took part on the day. There are Social Media ‘Share’ buttons above and below if you’d like to notify those on Facebook and Twitter etc, but you’re more than welcome to share the file in any other way you like.
